| The Ki-Ra Salon Guarantee
All services performed at Ki-Ra Salon are guaranteed. If you are not completely
satisfied with your hair or skin care services, please let Kim or Rachel
know and we will either correct or repeat the service at no additional
charge. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only.
Children
Children are welcome to watch television or play safely in the play area
and watch TV or play games. The parent of any disruptive child will be
asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of
respect for other clients. Your support and understanding of our policy
regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.
24-Hour Appointment Cancellation
As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please let us know at least
24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We regret that we may charge for any missed appointments that are not
cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Parking
For the convenience of our clients, we have a private parking lot. If
you don't find a spot right in front of the Salon turn right onto America's
Cup, right again onto Bridge Street, right onto Thames Street. Our lot
is next to Blink Art Gallery.
